Welcome School Leaders and Arts Partners to Arts and Cultural Education Services (ACES) Week 2022!

The Office of Arts and Special Projects is delighted to welcome you to ACES Week – scheduled for Monday, May 16th - Thursday, May 19th from 1:00pm – 3:30pm. For the first time in ACES Week history, the Office of Arts and Special Projects is partnering with Learning Times to provide a virtual platform for arts and cultural organizations to showcase their rich program offerings to school leaders for the 2022-23 school year.

During the course of the week, you will hear from 60 arts partner organizations that will present the vast array of program offerings they provide to students in New York City Schools. The following art forms are featured on the days below:

  • Monday, May 16, 2022 - Dance/Film/Moving Image
  • Tuesday, May 17, 2022 - Dance/Music
  • Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - Theater
  • Thursday, May 19, 2022 - Visual Arts

Each day of the week will include pre-recorded presentations, integrated with live Q&A sessions, from participating arts partner organizations. We ask that you use the live Q&A sessions to ask any questions you may have about implementing arts rich programming into your school. It is our hope that this conference will strengthen current arts partnerships and ignite new collaborations for the 2022-23 school year.

Thank you for all you do to ensure access to high-quality arts experiences for students.

Enjoy ACES Week!
